Great job and very dependable

I hired Millares Cleaning Services following some construction work. I had already dusted all of the glass and fragile pieces and all shelves where these items were placed. I was quoted $400 for a deep cleaning . There were 3 people doing the work. I had to show them how to remove stains from around sink handles. They kept telling me the sink would not come clean so I had to call the owner to get them to understand what product to use to clean my kitchen sink. I would show them what I needed cleaned and in 5 minutes they would leave the room and say it was done. The floors were left dirty, baseboards were not touched, and bathroom sinks still had stains in them. I called the owner and she assured me they would come back to do a thorough job. I have now sent an email to rebook and called 5 times. Each time my call goes to voice mail or the person hangs up on me. I am very disappointed, especially after paying them $400. BH
