Contractor would not provide a written proposal despite multiple requests. Hi showed up late most days. He installed sod prior to installing irrigation and had to dig up the sod at least twice in the front yard. He installed the sod without turning over the soil and adding more soil where needed, so the majority of the sod has died or has dead patches. He tried to install the entire irrigation system on two zones. Finally he added a third zone, but one of the zones around the entire driveway and part of the front lawn has too many sprinklers and too little pressure, so the grass is not getting water and is dying.
