Beware, this company used to be called DMS or Dimensional Construction
Very bad service, as they used the wrong shingles color in my roof and basically called me a liar and that I had chosen the color they installed
They came to my neighborhood soliciting services because of supposed hail damage last year!
When I told them I was not ready to pay for the roof until later, they put a lot of pressure to try to get the work done ASAp and threatened me with the permit expiring soon. The permit was going to expire much later than what they told me.
They came to my house unsolicited trying to figure out when I would be ready to have the roof replaced.
They dealt very poorly with my title company when I had to have the roof repaired in order to close on my refinancing and I was not aware of that.
They put liens in my house which did not allow me to pay for the roof in installments.
Do not use this company for anything. They must have changed their name from Dimensional Construction to HomeOwner Choice Construction for a reason!
Look at another example of the ripoff report on another customer with the same scam, which unfortunately I found out after the fact.
