 + -1 moreOur meeting was pleasant and informative. During our meeting, we discussed requirements and expectations. He took measurements and photos and made suggestions. We spent maybe an hour or a little more. When he left, I expected to hear from him again one way or another. I didn't. I didn't call them afterward. I was not in a hurry to get the work done. I decided that if he wasn't engaged enough to provide an estimate without prompting from me, I probably didn't want to do business with him anyway. I decided to proceed with another contractor who did follow up without prompting.
Description of Work: Ernest Gilbert came to my home to discuss preparing an estimate to renovate the master bath and replacing the shower, in particular.
