I have spent a good part of the afternoon on the phone singing the praises of this company. I genuinely believed some of my rooms of carpeting could not be salvaged. My plan was to tear the carpet out later this fall and replace with hardwood. Much to my amazement my carpeting looks new again. The Rotovac unit and, more to the point, the skill of the operator renewed my carpeting. From the pre-treatment, to the rotary scrubbing and the final steam extraction, I am absolutely delighted in the result. In all my years of carpet cleaning service I have NEVER had anyone show me the work ethic I witnessed today. Ryan Felts is an honest, ethical and extremely hardworking & knowledgable individual. He knows his business and is worth every penny I paid him.I have paid $80 and more for 4 rooms when just getting a steam cleaning done.  My last carpet cleaner did not put anything under the legs of my maple wooden tables and I had what I thought to be permanent stains under each leg. I have lived with the 4 marks for over a year. I can't even see a shadow of them now.
This was the first time I have used Ryan because I live in Pasco County and it's a long, long, drive up here from Bradenton. However, I told my husband that from this day forward, I will work to coordinate with him to do our carpets because I know I won't be satisfied with anyone else now that I've had the best. Ryan and his assistant spent hours here at the house. This was, in no way, an "in and out" halfway measure. Two final plus factors is that they brought their own industrial fans to initiate the drying process and presented me with a pair of vinyl slippers to wear til the carpet was dry. I appreciated not having to get my socks wet.
If you call him, he will coordinate his schedule to meet your needs.  He calls back when he says he will and keeps you informed every step of the way as to where he is and when he will arrive at your home.  I found that most refreshing from other service contractors.
