I called to get a quote from them and they not only had a great price compared to other companies offering similar roofing solutions, but they also offer a lifetime warranty that stays with the RV. I immediately asked when I could drop off my RV and they set me up with an appointment to drop off on March 2. I dropped off on Monday around 8:30 in the morning at their shop. The staff were all wonderful and the customer lounge was great, nice sofas with a TV, coffee/sodas, and my favorite part was the small RV model that they have there, it shows the product applied, and allows customers to see and feel what the product will be like when finished. I myself am local to the business, but I must say that one of the nice thing about the shop's location is that it is very close to Sarasota, Venice, Ellenton, Tampa, etc. Customers can enjoy a trip to the Ringling Museum, then walk the beach, hit the outlet malls. There are a lot of beautiful restaurants, and venues local to their shop which are great for customers to enjoy while they are in town waiting for their RVs to be finished. I received a call Thursday evening and they told me I could pick up my RV whenever I was ready. I was definitely happy with the fast turn around, and I went to pick up my RV Friday morning. The roof was beautiful, clean, seamless, and everything that they had told me it would be. I was extremely happy with the service and product! Definitely will be sharing my experience with fellow RV owners.

The people at EliteRV were great to deal with and work was completed on time. I dropped off my RV after hours and hooked up to their 50 amp service. In the morning we walked around the RV and talked about existing roof details and future plans for roof accessories. Included in the cost was replacement of vent covers, gutter spouts, and waste vents. Roof liner is 3/16" thick and white now with no more streaking to clean. I am very pleased overall with the experience and would recommend them to everyone.
