3 weeks later from start date they are not done ! contract said 2 to 3 days bad scheduling, bad communication, negligent in some areas, poor training in others, some wrong products installed, no proper supervision.

We cannot say enough about Chapelle Roofing! They saved the day for us in so many ways. It took a LONG TIME to get our new roof approved by the insurance company due to wind damage. They worked it out though. It finally got approved and then they replaced our entire roof in less than 2 days flat!! Their operation is like a well-oiled machine. They get in, take care of business, clean up, and get out! It was quite amazing to watch actually. We are so thankful for Chapelle Roofing, and specifically Daniel who was lead us through the process. We recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I scheduled seven quotes for my roof but I knew after speaking with mr Blake Chappelle that I did not need to get another. He was ontime and very knowledgeable about the roof they would be installing. He gave me a quote on the spot and everything he promised was exactly what I recieved. Last week, I was contacted by Brad and told that all the materials were in and I would be put on a schedule for 7/20/21. Here is the email I got less than 24 hours before starting the work. Others may decide for themselves: Chappelle Roofing St Petersburg, FL Good Afternoon Mr. xxxxxxx, It is our understanding Brad has made you aware about your roofing project going to cost about an extra 2500.00. He has made us aware that you arent willing to up the loan to cover the additional cost. We can handle this one of two ways, we can increase your loan amount to cover cost and install your roof or we can release you from your contract with Chappelle Roofing. If you decide to be released from the contract we will let Service Finance know as well as provide you with a contractors affidavit which will release the NOC.
