BOOTH ELECTRIC

It has been working fine as far as we can tell but it ws not installed properly and could be a danger and hazard becasue of bare wires.  3 inspectors stated the work was done wrong.

Wonderful! Very prompt, nice and professional. Came in on time and was done much faster, than I had expected. Be patient, it may take a little longer to receive a return phone call and/or estimate, but well worth the wait.

Rob did a great job installing our two Hunter ceiling fans. One was even 18 feet high and he was able to install it and it looks great. He was late for the appointment but I believe this was out of character and was a simple scheduling mistake. I would still highly recommend Rob Booth.

I called Booth Electric to get an estimate for this install. His price was good and he was flexible enough to accommodate me with an immediate appointment, within 48 hours. I had called 3 others on Angie's List, none were as flexible with their scheduling. Rob arrived and went right to work. He explained to me why I was not able to use the dimmer switch I wanted to have installed with the ceiling fan. He answered my questions and we even talked about him doing some other electrical work for me. I will call Rob and Booth Electric for all my electrical needs at my house from now on. I feel his prices are good but most of all I am very comfortable with his work, professionalism, and responsiveness. I highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

Awesome experience. All of the wires were traced including under the crawl space in order to find the source of trouble. A small staple was found in the wire and it resolved the issue. They wouldn't give up until source was found. AA++

I asked for a rushed, prompt service. They said they thought they could do it, and came to inspect the work, laying out everything to be done. Afterward, I didn't hear from them for a couple of days, so I called them up and lost my temper to some degree, over the phone with them - which was not necessarily deserving. Rob remained very calm, apologetic, and promised to take care of the work, if I was still interested. The company bent over backward in working with me. When all was completed, I was more than satisfied. All work was extremely neat, tidy, organized, and wire runs were easy to follow and smartly laid. Considering the price of copper, I believe the quote was quite competitive. The crew was extremely professional, polite, honest, and for the most part, VERY timely - all work was completed as predicted - within 3 days. Excellent company.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY WERE HERE FOR ABOUT 3.5 HOURS AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THEY WERE VERY WELL PREPARED. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, I JUST FELT LIKE IT SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN AS MUCH TIME AS IT DID. THEY DIDN'T DO THE INSTALLATION CORRECTLY ON THE POOL PUMP, SO WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE OUR POOL PEOPLE REDO THE SWITCH. THEY ALSO DIDN'T BRING A BIG ENOUGH LADDER TO GET TO THE RECESSED LIGHTING, SO THEY HAD TO GO RENT A BIGGER LADDER, WHICH TOOK MORE TIME.

HE DID THE INITIAL WORK FINE, BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO COME BACK AND DO THE REST OF THE WORK. IT HAS BEEN A BIT FRUSTRATING AS HE HAS BEEN SOMEWHAT UNRESPONSIVE.

ROB DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS ON TIME AND DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. HE CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER HE FINISHED. HE ALSO CHECKED A ROOF FAN FOR ME AND TOLD ME THE MOTOR WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. A JOB WELL DONE.

CAME SAME DAY AS CALL. POLITE. DID WORK EFFICIENTLY. EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM CLEARLY. OFFERED TO CHECK OTHER DIMMERS THAT HAD NOT DEVELOPED PROBLEM JUST YET.
