Man who actually replaced my unit did an excellent job. However the person that came to my home to begin with charged me $ 120. And said I needed a new h/w water heater, which I already knew. He did essentially nothing for the money. The only redeeming act for the initial fee was they took $ 60. Off my final bill. To charge $ 60. To come to my home do nothing and charge that fee is absurd. A fee of maybe $ 25. Would not have rubbed so harshly . As it is I will not call them again unless they positively do my repair/work or whatever without leaving after first arrival. Just saying. And, I paid and provided the unit that was installed

They had to come back a second time and I was surprised by the cost for less than 2 hours of work. Otherwise the work was fine.

They arrived 45 minutes after placing the service call. The plumber and his assistant immediately went to work snaking the drain lines. When they were unable to remove the clog, they went on the roof to snake it from the vent. They were done in less than 30 minutes and didn't leave any kind of a mess. They were nice enough to wipe up the cabinet under the sink and put back all of the household cleaners that they removed to do the work. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!
