This was my best Angie's list experience! Mike called promptly after I submitted my request to install a TV on our lanai. He asked all the right questions; is there electric we can use (yes, saved us the cost of an electrician), is there cable there now (no, not a problem), do you have the mount (if not, I can purchase one from him), etc. Mike came within a day or so and installed the TV. Yeah!!
While he was here we talked to him about our existing equipment (we just moved back to Tampa from Maryland). Could he help set it up, etc. Also, could he explain how the existing speakers in the house work? Turns out that we have 4 sets of speakers in the house in various rooms that we can use! So we set an appointment up for a few days later for Mike to return to set everything up.
Before he was scheduled to come, our receiver died. Called Mike and he came by to check it out. Yes it was dead so he set up the TV so that at least we could use it with the sound coming from the TV itself. We talked about our various options.
Mike presented us the next day with a proposal to replace the receiver, install the necessary speakers, etc. in addition to setting up everything in our Bonus Room. We agreed on the price and set the installation date a few days later.
Mike came and installed everything! He even helped with programming our existing universal remote. He made sure everything was working properly and explained the various features of our new receiver.
Mike is the ultimate professional. He is kind and considerate. He comes when he says he's going to come and calls if he is running late. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
