I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship demonstrated throughout the project. I have owned residential and commercial real estate in five states. I have never had such a terrible experience. The owner/designer made several major mistakes in the design that made it impossible for the installers to put the pieces in. It took nearly three months to get one closet/pantry installed. It does not look like the design. Nor does it look like what I wanted. It will still cost me additional out of pocket expenses to correct the problems. They have come back four times and it still is not right. I do not know how this man stays in business. Do not use these people.

Buyer Beware! Bad service, bad quality, bad experience. Mid August ordered an 85.5 inches high "storage cabinet" to be delivered in 2 weeks. 12 weeks later I received skeletal shelves with front doors and no backing that was 81 inches high (missing 4.5 inches) finished poorly on the edges. When you open the doors to the "cabinet" you see my living room wall. Initial contact with company was deceivingly friendly and service oriented. But later treated dismissively and not until I called credit card for refund & complained to Service Magic did someone try to resolve the delays. Anything good? The delivery people were very nice!

They are continually amazing in their design. They are able to get into all the small areas. They are professional, products are superior.
