I had hired another solar panel company for installation. One electron solar installed had repeatedly failed inspections. The final inspection was that the installation did not match the blue prints. I had to hire another company to create the blue prints that would match the work that was completed by the other company. I contacted South Florida Energy Savers. They came out for the inspection, created the blueprints, and arranged with the inspector and coordinated with the final inspection. South Florida came to the rescue to complete someone else’s project. They did it quickly, professionally, responsively, and I highly recommend them.

This company came out and started work. They took my Social Security number to finance the project. They opened a loan and the interest rate is 17.99 %. Now the company will not contact us to come back out to finish the work we got finance for. Before they had completed the work they had my husband sign a completion form. We have 4 phone numbers for them one is disconnected and they will not respond to the other ones or to our phone calls. We have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks.

They started the process by creating a design and getting a permit, but that is where it stopped. I put down $6,000 as a deposit on April 4th. In May they delivered a copy of the permit and the plans and I have not heard from them since.

rom the beginning this company was prompt and responsive to the job and me. The installer was excellent and courteous. Due to other circumstances and bad weather I've not been in the pool since the product was installed but if it is as good as everything else, I'm sure I will be happy.
