Rainaway Roofing

Roof installed. Rainaway did not pay supplier for material, now we have a lien in the amount of four thousand dollars on our house. The owner of Rainaway was paid in full.

ATTENTION unsuspecting homeowner my name is Rion and I was ripped OFF by Brandon jensen AKA rainaway roofing for $7161 for unpaid roofing materials. The experience from beginning of job to final inspection completion went seamlessly.. Work was completed on time and craftsmanship was on point. The owner Brandon was responsive to texts and phone calls, definetly would do business with Rainaway roofing again.

Brandon Jensen, owner of Rainaway Corp. called back within 24 hours and came to the house the following day. He went on the roof and made an extensive inspection.  He came back the next day with estimates for leak repair and also a re-roofing, as requested,  written in contract form.  He  objectively explained both alternatives, and was open to answer my many questions,  with little or no sales pressure.  I took a couple of days to review my options and then called him back to close the deal.  He spent another hour with me going through tile brochures, answered detailed questions on materials, job timing, warranties, and the permit and inspection process.

The tear-off and initial installation began a little more than a week later, and the entire job was finished in about 2 weeks, which included a few days waiting for tile delivery and required inspections.  Clean-up was pretty thorough, a few nails and small bits of debris showed up over the next few days ? nothing significant.  All told, it was a pretty painless and mostly unobtrusive process. All materials and processes carried a Miami-Dade NOA (official Notice of Acceptance) for exceeding Code windstorm specs, and an independent lab tested ?uplift? resistance of the installed tiles, again as required by code.   As a nervous homeowner investing many thousands of dollars, I found that on-going supervision was less than I would have liked, particularly because my inability to communicate with the workmen was minimal due to language barriers. 

In summary the relationship was pleasant and satisfying from start to finish with the owner of Rainaway, the price was fair, the job was completed in good time, and we now have a new roof of excellent appearance which is certainly of much better quality than the original and gives peace of mind for upcoming hurricane seasons.

Brandon the owner came out to our house right after I called to get an estimate. He was very professional and gave us a great price. Several days later after permits were given they started work. I was very concerned about construction workers making a mess put they cleaned up every day and were very nice. The work was done in about a week. We were extremely happy with their work and would recommend them 100%.

Done as specified, on time.

I saw them doing the roof across the street from me and they were doing a great job, so I asked them for an estimate on my home . I scheduled it to be started after my neighbor was completed. They pulled the permit in the City of Coral Gables. It took about 2 weeks to complete from the day they started .They were professional to the end. I am really happy with my new roof .
