LCK/ AIA, Inc. is an architectural firm located in Miami, Florida specializing in both residential and commercial architecture since 1982. Our projects range from new construction to additions, renovations and remodeling projects, where we cater to each individual project’s specific design needs. We will design the optimum solution to your needs, considering existing site conditions, zoning regulations and building codes. LCK/ AIA, Inc. will provide final construction documents approved by the governing plan review jurisdiction. LCK/ AIA, Inc. will bring that experience to your projects design needs. We will incorporate our construction field experience, estimating background and architectural education to provide you a professional service you expect. LCK/ AIA, Inc. provides a clear understanding of what the design will look like and the method of construction by providing floor plans, sections, elevations and construction documents. Through the use of computer-rendered images we can further visualize the design intent of the project. The firm’s work spans from Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties as well as the Cayman Islands including restaurants, schools, religious institutions, hotels, resorts, office buildings, medical centers, hangers, airports, single family and multi-family residences.
