You did a report on our firm. We ask that you post the video and the report for this is what you call useless. additionally All your money is here for your refund. I been around 5000 years. I NEVER wronged any customer in my life. Apparently you were mad. No one here wronged you [Member Name Removed]."

"We responded to Member's request to investigate what was causing her high water bill. We discovered her problem to be irrigation valves connected to city water and running toilets. We made our repair recommendations. Member did receive an invoice. Then Member customer left at-least12 - 15 messages in one day. Member sent text messages that are still on record threatening the owner of this company accusing him of be dishonest and threatening to ruin the reputation of this plumbing company. Text messaging the Company owner's mobile number numerous times. Member received an invoice for the investigative services for 125.00. That is the only service we provided. Member was seeking a water bill credit from the Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department. Consequently, Member became very difficult and combative demanding that her invoice be worded and structured in a way that would give an impression that the required repairs were performed by our company. Member indicated she was going to contract a handyman to perform the plumbing repair services causing her water leaks. We explained to Member that our company cannot word invoices that can be misleading to the Miami Dade Water Department. The Miami Dade water department requires a licensed plumber to identify and repair leaks so water bill credits can be issued. We understand that Member was trying to save a few bucks and we respect that in these difficult times. However we will not ever allow our reputation to be held hostage to a demand that we structure an invoice for her designed to mislead the Miami Dade Water Department. We consider Member's Angies List review here an attack on our integrity and our honesty. We formally request that Angies List Company fully investigate this matter and preserve our well earned reputation. Thank you, Steve Davis"

"From Steve Davis owner manager: There really was not any trash generated by this work. David serviced this very old well pump and replaced pressure switch. We recommended a new pump prior to any repair work, and customer declined. Customer never called me to discuss anything, so we are unaware of what happened to this old pump after our repairs."

"This water heater was not leaking water. Therefore customer opted to replace all electrical components. This water heater now functions like new. Wiring and (2) Thermostats and (2) elements were replaced. We respectfully say that far more than 15 minutes of labor time was consumed to complete this work. We are very careful to communicate costs on the phone. Sometimes exact price costs are impossible to quantify on the phone without knowing the exact problems. My son Landon Davis completed this repair. If he did not properly communicate prices after diagnostics of this heater and before proceeding to repair we apologize. Thanks, Steve Davis"
