He was so honest, and he could come and tell me that I needed to buy a new system worth $6000 but he did not. He had integrity. He put the thing together and changed the part for $100, put everything together, and it works well now. I was so grateful, and I asked him if he could put a duct in the other room, and he said that he didn't do that work, but he brought other people in who could do it. The guy is a class act. I have recommended him to other people. When he tells me something, and even if it costs a lot of money, I will go with it, because he has integrity. He made me feel comfortable after all that. That means a lot in my book. Where other people said that the thing was shot, and I needed a new unit, he put it all together and made it work. He was here on time, and he brought these other people to do the duct work and he was here for that as well.

He solved the problem and advised me on what to look for to prevent further problems or worsening problems.
