Shane was the first contractor to contact me the same day I posted my requirement, even though it was on a Saturday. By Monday he was on site to assess the project, and by the next day I had his proposal. We scheduled the work, which had to be in two parts as he first had to fix the rotted wood and stucco before an associated leak could be repaired by another contractor. Even though Shane had to wait another 3 weeks to come back to complete the job, since I was gone on vacation, he returned, as agreed, and finished the job. Shane was a pleasure to work with, as he accommodated my absence and completed the job in a most professional manner. Recommend him highly.
