It was long overdue but I had tiles and grout cleaned and resealed. It was quite labor intensive and turned out to be more expensive than what I expected upfront (but what else is new!). But the experience with PALM BEACH GROUTSMITH turned out to be wholly positive. The owner oversaw all aspects of the project and did some of the work himself! This was after I got a quote from another tile/grout company in the area. A salesman came out and gave me a price. His response to almost ever follow up question I asked the next day was something like: 'I'll have to ask the Owner and get back to you' . My experience with PALM BEACH GROUTSMITH was great. He worked with me on everything from grout color selection, other options, and pricing. The owner was aware I was anxious to get the job done in a timely manner and he worked with me to accomplish that while accommodating my schedule. He left me feeling that he truly wanted my business. And it showed in the result! The 'other' guys gave me the feeling they might be able to fit me in in a month and that they'd do me a favor at that! Based on my personal experience, I can recommend PALM BEACH GROUTSMITH without qualification!

I highly recommend Brad from the GROUTSMITH. I was impressed from the first meeting with Brad. I had estimates from 4 other companies. I picked GROUTSMITH because of his knowledge an he didnt try to sell me other services that other companies tried to. His workmanship was great. Helped me decide on a color an when the job was finished He came back to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional an trustworthy. Very professional. Brad and Devin were very respectful of our home and did not wear their work shoes as they walked through the rooms especially the carpeted bedroom. That represents an outstanding work ethic to me. He was honest about how the work was going to be done and was very knowledgeable about his products and the process of how the job was going to be completed.
