The first time I met Tim Kett of Your Real Estate Company, we planned to look at several houses, and I expected that we would just meet, get in our cars and zip through the houses on our list. However, Tim and I had coffee first at our meeting spot, and talked for 15 or 20 minutes. I could tell that Tim wanted to get to know me a little. It soon became apparent that Tim Kett, Realtor, found it important, vital, to get a clear understanding of exactly what I was looking for in a house, where I wanted to live, and any and all concerns I might have about the process.
Tim and I ended up having to look at a good number of houses. Each time we met, Tim made sure we didn't look at so many that they got lost in the shuffle. It took a few weeks, but Tim never showed me anything that was outside my price range or that didn't fit in with my needs.
When I asked for Tim's opinion, he gave it honestly. When I needed to expand my search area, Tim sent me the right houses to look at. When I sent Tim emails with questions or ideas of my own, Tim guided me in a professional, intelligent and timely manner. As I went through the process, messages had to be transmitted from me, the buyer, to the seller. Tim handled all of this quickly, professionally and with grace. When I needed a recommendation for a Home Inspector and a Home Warranty, Tim sent me to the very best.
The home buying process can be a stumbling process with problems arising everywhere. Tim Kett kept every little glitch from becoming a stumble. Tim Kett saw every problem as an opportunity to take control and take care of it. Tim Kett made the process of waiting to hear about the inspection, home valuation and mortgage process as smooth and comfortable as it possibly could have been! 
I apologized to Tim once that he wasn't going to make a whole lot of money from me because my home purchase price point  was not very high, and he dismissed my concerns as irrelevant. He treated me, every step of the way, like a celebrity buying a million dollar home!
