 + -1 moreBill is very professional, thorough, and maticulous. He ran into several unforeseen problems and due to the original construction. He adapted and got the windows in. (Lowes' installer said they couldn't do it.) Bill is a craftsman and I happy to say his standard of excellence was higher than mine and as a result I am very happy with his work.
Description of Work: Bill replaced 9 windows with energy efficeint windows.
