I spoke to Amir who contacted his Tampa service rep Dave. Dave came within the hour of my call as Amir had promised. He was prompt and quick. He was in and out within 15 minutes. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He repaired the problem piece in my front door lock with precision. His price was reasonable... (and apparently a lot less than other lock smiths I called). I highly recommend Dave this company.
