TRUST TITLE SOLUTIONS LTD

It did close but was not done smoothly or professionally. I would never never never use them again and I would hope no one else does. I purchased a property under a Trust. The name of the Trust was clearly written on the contract and all other papers and disclosures. I gave them a copy of the Trust papers. It was clear that the Trust was the buyer and the future owner of the property. They took it upon themselves to order the Title Insurance Policy and the Deed in the wrong name. They used the name of the trustee. After I received the original copies of both the Title Policy and the Deed I called and told them that they put everything in the wrong name. The trustee name was listed as the owner and as the insured. I told them that the Trust is the owner and should also be the insured. I left a message for the owner/manager to return my call and she never did. The person I did talk to refused to do a corrective title and a new Title Policy with the correct name of the owner. I now will have to do it myself the correct way at my expense. I contacted the company that issued the Title Insurance Policy and they told me that only the agent that ordered the Policy can request the change..... There are a lot of GOOD title companies out there that will do what the customer/client wants done.... They should remember who is paying them......I can't believe I actually paid for there unprofessional service.
