Tracy Sinopoli

Was looking to move closer to my office and I signed up with Tracy to help me find something that I could afford.  I had hoped to get something around 2000 square feet with a pool.  We looked at about 35-40 homes all together.  We found the house that I eventually bought and I immediately fell in love with it.  Unfortunately, the seller and her agent were very difficult to deal with.  They made the negotiation process very adversarial and agreed to pay for repairs one day, then refused the next.  Throughout all of this, Tracy was very professional and kept the process moving forward.  She kept the negotiations on a professional level even as the seller and her agent were unethical and lied about many details.  Eventually, we were able to go to closing and the house has been everything I hoped for.  I don't think I could have gotten thru the process without Tracy's guidance and her understanding of what needed to happen and how to make it happen.  She was very good about reminding the seller's agent of her legal obligations, but never lost her temper or sunk to their level.  I would not ever consider another real estate transaction without Tracy!
