Marty was very responsive, knowledgeable and provided over-the-top results.
Our pool looked like a swamp!  The pump was leaking and we were not able to run it, as the water level would go down and didn't want air in the line.
God BLESS this man, and his company!

Marty very patiently and thoroughly explained what was causing the problem. He also provided in detail the different options I had to choose from in order to meet my needs and budget. I now have a sparkling clean pool, which he will be maintaining. I am very happy I called and you will be too :)

We don't use them anymore.  The price was way too high.  We had a unique situation, we have a hydraulic cover on the pool and I can't really fault Marty the guy who came out to do the work because he did try really hard.  We have used two other companies since then and it is really hard to regulate the chemical because there is no evaporation and no consistency.  Some days we have it open six times a week and some days we have it open one time a week.  We had a unique problem and nobody seems to be able to get it right.  One of the reasons was they were charging a lot.  They were charging a lot more than we thought it was reasonable.  The guy who came out was very responsive and he did try it hard to make it work.  He was professional.

Very professional, polite, punctual and knowledgeable - and oh yes, patient. Ended up that due to age of filter and some previous owner repairs, I needed a new filter system. Marty was extremely patient in gving me options and explaining the indications of each. I was really nervous about when this would be able to be done - UNBELIEVABLE - Marty left to get the new equipment and came back to install same day!! He worked through several heavy downpours to complete that day. He was very patient (I ask a million questions) in making sure I understood all the new operations - Pool School! He even put up with my crazy dog. He said he would follow up in a couple of weeks and true to his word, 2 weeks to the day he called to schedule a follow-up to show me how to clean and restart. What a great guy. I would (and will) use Top Priority again and again and would highly recommend to everyone with pool repair or maintenance needs. His pool service must be just as wonderful as the rest. Thanks, Marty.

Does and excellent job. Does not rush, just to get it done. Always friendly and shows up every week on the day he is supposed to.
