The story is all good. Our designer referred us to the company several years ago when we renovated the lanai and pool area. When it was time to do this project, there was no question that the Scerbos were our choice again. Tom and Deborah work as a team, and very efficiently laid out timelines, letting us know when to choose materials, fixtures, etc. We had continual updates by email. Tom estimated that the work would take 5 months; it actually took a couple of days less. Every inspection was passed the first time. They are close and effective managers.
The craftsmanship is excellent , thanks to Tom's careful translation of the plan and figuring out sequencing and details. He did a beautiful job of boxing in unsightly beams, as just one example. Deb paint.s with equal perfection. The house has variable and quirky light patterns, so she would turn lights on and off, examine a surface from all angles, before being satisfied. The subs they use are experienced with the Scerbos' expectations and also come through. In the few cases that the result was not quite right, Tom/Deb made sure it was corrected, or did it themselves. No detail was overlooked. This ethic extended to how clean they kept the site and how well they protected the finished product.
Their relationships with subs and suppliers was the key to keeping costs down, too. We were able to splurge on some things because they always had better prices from their sources.
This company is built on customer service. There is a cheerful, can do attitude in every conversation; and the work matches it. I have no doubt that they will respond should a problem come up at any time in the future. I also have no doubt that they willalways be our choice.

It went GREAT! Tom is a real pro and the team he brings to the job are hand selected, always professional and on time. We were given a two month project plan that had day to day activities and key milestones and we hit almost every single date. It was really a testament to Tom's planning and control over his subs. Initially, Deb took the time to understand what we wanted out of our new kitchen and we iterated on a design for a number of weeks, all time well spent. Once the demolition and framing started Tom and team were on time, very efficient and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The subs were always on time, knew what they needed to do and did quality work. When we did have a small glitch with the range not fitting and discovered it was a granite issue, Tom had the granite sub on site the next morning to resolve the issue. We couldn't be happier, this was a big project for us and while there will always be disruptions when you are kitchenless, the pace of the remodel and the professionalism from Tom, Deb and team made it an enjoyable experience. Excellent. Doors look wonderful. The doors were in very bad shape (paint was peeling off, prior owner simply painted over polyurethane) and it took almost 1 full day of sanding to get the doors to the staining point.

Tom, Deb, and Heather did an excellent job. They are extremely efficient and very professional. They only had 2 weeks to get everything done which they did. They cleaned up each and every day. I didn't even have one speck of dust when they completed the job. Deb did the walk through and there was so little to correct (a couple of marks here and there were about it) that we told her that we would do it as they left us extra paint. We are planning, in the next year, to replace our kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors, and countertops as well as tile floors and we will definitely use them again.
