 + -1 moreI was the buyers agent at that time. On the day of closing, the lender was not ready. Buyers didn’t know if they would have a house at the end of the day. Movers were scheduled to arrive the next day. Sophia, the title agent spent hours going over and over all the numbers on the phone with the lender. She was so patient and calm and regularly provided my customers with updates. I was impressed by her professionalism. She never lost her smile! Thank you Sophia! We finally closed this transaction !
