They are friendly and know their business. They did a great job wrapping the painting and it arrived in Hawaii in perfect condition. There is almost always a line at their counter so they obviously are doing something right.

Although the parent UPS corporation paid the insured value of the clocks and refunded a portion of my ground shipping fees. The UPS Store franchisee has refused to refund any of the charges for materials or "fragile pack" services. The UPS Store has also retained a portion of the UPS ground shipping fees which I paid. The materials and packaging were obviously inadequate for UPS shipment of these clocks. I am out-of-pocket $115.84 for services which were not provided correctly. Dealing with The UPS Store and its owner was a lengthy, frustrating, disappointing and totally negative experience.
