"All of our house cleaners are extensively trained on our Detail-Clean Rotation System, a strategic system designed to provide a Detail-Clean on every visit. sometimes people do get sick and need to be out. In your case it was a holiday, so we had to make a substituion. In addition, our Quality Inspectors surprise check homes daily to ensure consistent quality home cleaning. This ensures that you get the same level of detail-clean, regardless of which cleaning team is sent to your home. We're sorry to hear in this case you were unhappy with your service. In the time you were our customer we heard plenty of positive feedback from you, on six separate cleans written feedback provided for exceptional service, but never once received a complaint before this. Their every week cleaning is, like, $125. They did a good job, but they missed a couple of things. They missed our fans and our TV. They did not dust those. Other than that it was fine. I think it was a good price. They worked really fast and it was nice They made it a point to scoot us into their schedule.
