About us
As the Owner/Inspector for Tampa Bay Inspection Services, I perform each and every inspection to the highest standards required by The InterNational Association Of Certified Home Inspectors, (InterNACHI, or NACHI). I also follow the Code Of Ethics of InterNACHI, ie: I will not offer to perform any work or repairs found during the Home Inspection. With over (20) years of experience in the building trades, as a Carpenter/Finish Carpenter,and Cabinetbuilder, I bring this experience to each Home Inspection that I perform.

However, I was impressed with his suggestions as to how much longer I might expect a particular appliance with the amount of suggested wear it showed might continue to function at prime capacity. He included the water softener, air conditioner/heat pump, and other major systems like electrical and plumbing throughout the home as well. Knowing everything worked was great, but having a "guestimate" on what the future might hold was very helpful to me. I am a "better safe than sorry" sort of person. I have no gift for being handy in any way. Therefore, his well informed answers to all my questions was greatly appreciated.
Mr. Reusser even suggested how I could save on my home owner's insurance by having a Wind Mitigation Inspection, doing repairs if needed, and presenting the final report to my insurance company to obtain a discount. That is my idea of service.
There is more I could say, but I will sum it up by telling you that I got a very professional final report with an excellent summary section. That really is the entire point of having an inspection done. All the little extras just made it a pleasure to work with Tampa Bay Inspection Services. Kudos!
