Great job. This property is being prepared for sale and I wanted a total cleaning before it goes on the market next week. The team of 3 people arrived exactly at 8:30 AM as agreed and went right to work. Everything was dusted, cleaned mopped and polished to a shine. Drawers were opened and cleaned, plantation shutters are spotless and floors as gleaming. The 3 person team spent over 6 hours cleaning and polishing! Overall just wonderful work and I highly recommend this company.

I had purchased the $75 deal for 4 hours of cleaning - upon contacting the company and letting them know it was for after I moved out, I was informed that the deal did not include move in / move out cleaning and that would be a separate cost. This was not stated in the deal, and I was further informed that I could not even apply the $75 I had already paid towards the cost of the cleaning which seems a bit ridiculous to me. Additionally, the cleaners were nearly an hour late - the appointment was set for 1pm and I had to call the company at 1:30 to ask where they were and if they were still coming. They called back and said they had gotten lost and would be there in 20min, which indicates a communication issue since I had provided very clear and detailed directions to the house when I books the service. This was extra inconvenient as we then had to wait with our newborn for almost an hour past the appointment time in an empty house. That being said - the cleaners did an excellent job with the house. Had it not been for the issues with punctuality and the misleading deal, they would have received an A rating. Will have to use again because I already paid $75 for 4hrs of house cleaning, and it will have to be a separate service.

They were great . Worked hard and finished on time. And charges a fair price.

They are terrific!

Two ladies arrived exactly when they said they would. They both worked solidly for the whole period and left my house thoroughly cleaned. I will use them again.

I was very happy with the job they did. They were very friendly, clean and did an excellent job. I have actually used them twice now and will continue to use them.
The first time I used them they were several hours late. They kept calling and keeping me up to date on when they thought they'd be at my house, which I really appreciated. They were working on another house that was taking longer than they had scheduled for. At first I was a little frustrated, but, after I saw how they cleaned I understood it. They are very compulsive and do an excellent job - not matter how long it takes. They were right on time for the next visit.
They did a great job. I have 4 indoor cats and a big hairy dog, not to mention 5 kids. They did not have to clean all of the bedrooms, but they didn't mind sweeping the lanai and wiping down the glass top tables out there -a job the other cleaning companies I've used here won't do or charge extra for. They even vacuumed pet hair off of my formal dining room chairs. They did an awesome job on my hardwood floors, my tile and got all pet hair off of the carpet. The kitchen was spotless.
This is the best cleaning company I have used in Tampa and am very happy with the work they do.

The experience has been great. She is really good at following instructions and doing things the way I've requested them to be done. She is prompt and she takes the initiative on things she sees that need to be done and her work is very good.

Debbie does a great job with the cleaning. She is prompt and timely. She is consistent with her appointment day/time and with the quality of her cleaning. All in all we are very happy and grateful to have Debbie working for us. Our kids and dogs love her too.

It was a few days before our son's wedding and I'd run out of steam. Debbie got me in at the last moment and literally saved my hide. She was wonderful, so cheerful and full of energy. Willing to go the extra mile.

Debbie is very personable, hard working, punctual and flexible--will be coming on a regular basis every 3 weeks and loves dogs.

Always dependable and very honest. Gave her a key to my house. Loves animals and does house cleaning, too. Rate depends on location and number of animals and length of time.

SHE HAS ANOTHER JOB, SO SHE COMES AFTER HER JOB AND IS SOMETIMES TIRED, BUT SHE DOES A GOOD JOB. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HER.
