Couldn't have gone any better. From the initial contact with Wayne, by phone, he answered all my questions and set-up a time that fit our schedule. His installations and set-ups were expertly done and complete in every detail. He has a calm, confident, positive attitude that made him a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to family, friends and anyone that will listen.

From start to finish, Wayne was wonderful and all services performed where better than we had hoped. After speaking on the phone regarding what we were looking to do, Wayne took the time to go over all the possible options and we scheduled an appointment for two days after. Being the fact that our hose is very old and there would be potential difficulties on how to hang a TV over the fireplace, I was nervous that we would end up spending an exorbitant amount of money. Once he arrived, early I may add, we went over all of the possibilities and figured out which option worked best for us. He was very detail oriented, clean and knowledgeable. We opted out of running wires through the walls, and you can't even tell! We will be sure to recommend him to friends and contact again for future jobs. A+!

It went fantastic. When I first called, I spoke with Wayne, he answered every question I could possibly have asked. Once Wayne confirmed that Suncoast Installs would be able to mount my TVs, I schedule my appointment. The installer showed up on time, which I found to be very impressive since most service companies seem to have endless windows or show up late. My installation went as planned and my bill was EXACTLY what was quoted to me, which really put a smile on my face!

Both times Wayne was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. For a treasured, newly framed, heavy giclee print, Wayne used a laser device to locate where to install picture hooks on the living room wall to ensure its levelness. For a second large artwork, a framed tapestry, Wayne mounted the tapestry flush to the wall. Before those two installations, he and a colleague had to relocate two heavy cabinets that were to be below the artwork. The bathroom towel bars and the guest bedroom mirror were securely fastened where we wanted them. We are delighted with the work of Suncoast Installs and how our home looks. We will continue to use Wayne for all our installations.
