The process went better than expected from start to finish. David and his team were great. We were pleasantly surprised that the attention to detail was addressed at every opportunity. It was so nice to walk around after the job was done to see how great everything turned out. We appreciate the extra care they used to mask off our new windows and doors.

They did a very professional job. The prep work took almost three weeks. They pressure washed and primed then painted.
Even though they were shut out because of rain most days they persevered and were there promptly each morning. We had a miscommunication on the color of the personnel doors and I complained and they immediately redid them the color I chose. They used a very high quality marine paint that has given the 25 year old building an new appearance. I am very impressed with their knowledge and craftsmanship. They are so confident in their workmanship they give a 7 year guarantee. I was extremely pleased and very glad I chose this company.

Painters arrived on time each morning. They were very punctual, courteous and professional. It took one week. They did a very clean job.

The painters were prompt and on the job early every day for 7-1/2 days, several days having to leave early due to rain. They were friendly, courteous, neat and very conscientious about their work. Our home looked terrible before they started and now looks brand new. They did an excellent job of replacing almost all the wood trim, sealing / caulking everywhere possible and applying several coats of paint. The window frames were painted with a dark brown paint which coordinates with the body and trim colors. Price breakdown is $2,595 for all painting, etc., and $1,975 for wood.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Specialized Coatings, Inc. to anyone who is considering having their home painted.

Our experience with Specialized Coatings was probably the best one we have ever had by someone working on our home. We have a large home and we needed a lot of work done. We collected quotes from six providers. the woner of SCI came out himself and prepared the most professional quote of those that we received. He promised to monitor the work during the entire process (about 3 weeks) and he showed up a lot and was totally responsive. His people were all professional, courteous and skilled. Everything he said he would do was done on time and well and we were not asked for a penny until we were fully satisfied with the work. I can highly recommend SCI.

The painting was for a three-car garage. Before the job began, they had some preparation work to do because the garage had not been painted in many years. They went on to paint the doors, the walls, the ceiling, and the trim.
