Polite, reasonably priced, but inconsistent. Started out strong when the business changed hands but has been unreliable of late. This is the second time I have been ''stood up''--I am looking for another service.
Description of Work: New owners, Robert and Penny Williams, have cleaned for me for months (every 3 weeks), and haven't come for the last 2 scheduled cleanings. Did an OK job, not great, when they did come. Team of 2 people - not always the same. Did general housecleaning - did not empty wastebaskets, needed to be reminded of what to do-fans, sweeping under couch and tables, etc. They also showed up one time when I had told them I would be out of town. Supposed to be here today and didn't come, as well as didn't come 3 weeks ago as scheduled either. The owners are very nice and pleasant, but not too good on coming when supposed to.

Description of Work: Did an awful job. Two men came and were only there for 45 minutes. Dusted, but didnt move things off table, so dust remained. I was not happy at all.
