Roy built our house back in 2001 and I was just looking to see if he was still in business, cause you never know when I might want to build a new house. Well anyway, he is an excellent builder. Drew up the plans to our spects and it came out wonderful, just as we dreamed it would be. If you are looking for a reliable builder, he is the one.

They were very reliable, easy to work with, they met all the timelines. There were no hidden fees; what they quoted was what it cost. They provided me my choices of door knobs, tile choices, cabinetry, I had flexibility on my material choices with the price range within my budget which helped keep my cost down. I had all the flexibility of the architectural design of my own home where other companies gave me no flexibility; the other companies design is what they offered and that was it.
