Hiring Steve from S & S Quality Construction turned into a total nightmare, and was anything but quality. The first thing we realized that he was stealing anything that was leftover, or that he had removed from the old part of our house. For instance we had 7 brand new aluminum fence panels left and he took it upon himself to take home. Our old windows that were taken out (which several sliders from the old porch were newer) he took without even asking. The quality of the job was horrible. The floor from the original to the new literally sloped down. We had to make him redo it twice which still turned out terrible. We finally told him to stop and hired Lowe's to finish the job. The tile layers said in the 30 years they have been working with tile they have never seen anything like it. Once Steve learned that we were not giving him the paver job he became nasty, and verbally abusive. The one time I had to run across the street to get my neighbor because I thought a fight was going to break out between Steve, my husband and they paver company. I had stayed across until I knew things are calmed down. My neighbor went in to see if our daughter was OK because he heard her crying. When he came out Steve actually made a comment suggesting he was molesting her. We had had enough lies, shabby work, and drama so decided to finish the house ourselves. We went to a lawyer to start a law suit against S & S but decided we didn't want to relive this again so moved on. PLEASE think twice before you hire him.

Came with respect on time ready to work always left the day with work area clean. Always there, very affordable. . Made me feel I can trust him with the job and most important around my family... him and his workers. They poured alot of concrete added alot of driveway space, and made a concrete wall along my whole side of property ... he stucco job was excellent
