Laura is very professional and trustworthy. She has been cleaning our home for the past three months and does an immaculate job. She is very easy to work with and flexible in adjusting the work day. I have recommended her to my daughter who is also extremely pleased with her work.

I've had my house cleaned by others exactly twice in my life. The first was a deep clean with three people cleaning and was okay but not exceptional and then by Laura dba RIP Cleaning. I did not ask Laura to do a deep clean for me, just routine cleaning. Laura did a better job than the three who deep cleaned. I would recommend her to anyone needing cleaning help and I plan to use her again in the future.

"Dear Angie's Customer, I was saddened to see an overall rating of a B when it seems like it was all related to cost and I had told you before I came out there, site unseen, that it was going to be a minimum of $90. I ended up staying longer than expected and even told you not to worry about the extra 1/2 hour, so to see that was quite disappointing, especially after I was able to get you worked into my already full schedule on a couple of days notice. Anyway, you have a wonderful day and I hope all goes well with your surgery. Thanks, Laura"

Laura has been cleaning for us for about a year and we are very happy with her. She's pleasant, professional and reliable. She keeps a good schedule, coming at the same time every week. Sometimes we've made it hard for her to complete her normal routine (boxes all over the living room as we decorate for Christmas, for example) and Laura looks for extra things to do. We interviewed a number of cleaners before hiring Laura and we've been very pleased with her services. Because she's so good, she's in demand and doesn't turn over customers very often. I can't imagine any reason for anyone to be unhappy with her or her work.

I called Laura based on her great reviews. I got lucky and found that she was losing a client in a few weeks and that she would have an opening then. She came over before starting so we could meet each other and so she could see the house. I felt extremely comfortable with her from the minute we met. She is willing to rearrange schedules if needed (as long as all her clients agree). She is efficient and does a great job. I am so glad I was able to become one of her clients. She has been cleaning for me since February and I don't expect that to change any time soon. Thanks Laura.

Laura is such a breath of fresh air. She has always shown up on time and has been extremely reliable. She does a wonderful job and really works hard. Above all, my 3 dogs love her and feel completely comfortable with her. That is so important to us. I would recommend her services to anyone.

We have been using Laura's services for several months now and we are very satisfied. Laura scrubs and disinfects the bathrooms, dusts the furniture (and does not miss any piece!), vacuums the whole house and the patio and scrubs floors (without missing corners - my pet peeve ). The floors are clean and without streaks, the whole house sparkles! She does what she promised to do when we first met and does it very well. We are very satisfied with her hard work. We have used other services before and would find furniture not dusted at all for weeks, corners literary (!) skipped, patio not vacuumed at all. Now all is done as promised and on time. She was always on time. Very, very nice, professional. We just had some misunderstanding about cleaning. I didn't know a deep cleaning was different from a regular cleaning but she was very understanding. I am disabled and have to be at home. She even went out one time to get me a smoothie.

When I called I was desperate to have someone come and clean. Company was coming in a few days and I had waited too long to find a cleaning service - that was my fault. I left a message and she called me back promptly. I nearly cried when she said she could come the next day. I had already been turned down by 3 other providers. She arrived and went to work immediately. Four hours later our house was clean and guest ready. She paid great respectvto our property and cleaned very thoroughly I was so relieved and completely satisfied with the service. I recommend this company without reservation. Very profrofessional and provides excellent service. Can't wait to have her back.

She did an excellent job. She arrived on time and was very professional. I have no complaints. She was very pleasant to be around. I was extra pleased with the job she did in my kitchen. She took care of my refridgerator and my stovetop.

Laura was my best kept secret, now she works for two of my neighbors. She is extremely reliable and congenial. If something she uses to clean with doesn't appeal to you, she will change it to meet your needs.

The gentleman that washes my windows and cleans my extensive mirrors, Sparkle Plenty in Clearwater,recommended Laura s R.I.P and I called her from Indiana. I never met her. But her cleaniing was just amazing, from ceiling to floor including fans, baseboards, shelves, refigerator,range inside and out etc. she was terrific. I called her again after the first of the year to touch thing up and again, never saw her, but the work again was exceptional. Note have 3 other places in Florida and Indiana and 3 other cleaning girls none of them come close to R.I. P.'s srandard of excellence

I first met Laura when she came to my rescue during my move to the area in the summer of 2010. I called many Angie's List companies to find someone who could give my new home a thorough deep cleaning prior to moving in, in a timely fashion. Laura and her assistant met my needs during the timeframe I needed, at a very reasonable price. They worked all day, and got rid of serious dirt and grime. My husband and I were more than pleased with the results. After we got settled and had done some minor renovations, I called Laura again, to get on her regular schedule. She comes every two weeks to our home for approximately 4 hours, and brings her own cleaning supplies and tools. She does floors, carpets, dusting, polishing, all kitchen appliances, tidies up, etc...you name it. Laura is very friendly and outgoing, and often asks me to make sure everything is being done to my specifications. I appreciate that she charges an hourly rate ($25) so that if I have additional jobs that need doing, I have an idea as to how much it will cost beyond my "regular" housecleaning. I love that the house sparkles and smells fresh and clean when she finishes...we feel fortunate to have her!

Laura came to the house met with us and we hired her...now she is a regular in the house...we never worry about anything she comes in and does her job and when she leaves if we are around she ask if we have any concerns. Our house is no easy task and we looked for a while for someone...well we got a really wonderful lady. Thank you Laura. :)

Laura has been cleaning for us every other week for several months. She arrives promptly and is very positive and professional. We have twelve "inside" cats with whom we share our home and Laura has been a blessing in the "fur control" department. I would give up my high definition cable TV channels before I would give up Laura's services!
