Cynthia Fazzini is active as a real estate agent in our subdivision. We receive her real estate ads on a regular basis. When we recently decided to sell our home she was one of the first agents that came to mind. There was helpful information on her web site which further confirmed we might want to work with her as an agent. We submitted a request for market analysis via her web site and received a confirming email stating she would be in touch with us shortly. After 10 days passed we still had not heard from her. I sent an email asking her what her definition of "shortly" is. Her short reply was "Within 24 hours." I replied and pointed out it was now 11 days later. She never replied with an apology or an explanation. Cynthia apparently has all the clients she wants or can handle.
We cannot say enough about Nancy Leslie's office personnel. Nancy had sold us our first home in 1979. She recommended Dorothy from her office and we could not have been happier!
