This group sent an agent that undervalued my home by over 20k and didn’t know what a pocket listing was. I decided not to work with them to sell my home but did end up putting an offer in on one of their listings. I believe the agents involved in this deal, including the agent that represented my interests, we’re not truthful with my husband and I or the clients they were representing. The games the agents played caused a $1500 loss that would have been $5000 if I had not been relentless in getting my money back. I feel that it is even possible that the agents did this deliberately because I chose not to work with them when I sold my home. I will say that their broker John was the only honest person I spoke with during this nightmare experience. I would not recommend this group to anyone.
