Karl Schroeder was aware of my interest in purchasing a house in a particular neighborhood.  When a property became available in that neighborhood, he alerted me and assisted me in the purchase of the home.  Mr. Schroeder handled the details of the transaction and charged me a very worthwhile fee.  He answered questions and provided guidance in matters where he was legally allowed to do so.
This was my second real estate transaction in Pinellas County handled by Mr Schroeder.  The first involved the sale of my previously owned home.  His skill in handling the transaction and fee for services rendered in the sale of my home were determining factors in why I sought his assistance in the purchase of my second home.
Karl Schroeder is a very personable realtor with a great deal of knowledge about the area real estate market.

Karl was aware of the neighborhood in which I wanted to live, and when a property became available for purchase, he promptly notified me of its availability. Karl charged a reasonable fee for his services and took the time necessary to fully explain answers to questions that I had. He was involved in the sale of my previous house and did a great job in getting top dollar for that property. I highly recommend Karl because of his excellent level of service, and if I ever move again, I will request his assistance.
