They respond immediately, back their work 100%, and they are spectacular to work with. If there is any problem, they will come back and fix it. They give you options. I would highly recommend them. My entire family has used them. They are a great company.

Called and left message on 8/17/2016 and again on 8/19/2016 to call me about inspecting my roof and giving me an estimate on repairing a leak in the valley area of the roof. Never received a response from either call.

Randy was easy to work with and his crew did a nice job. Randy was on site / working the whole time too which was reassuring. He fit us I. Quickly, finished faster than expected, and even helped fix a few sections of our soffit that had rotted. I love my new roof.

The price was compatible with other bids but liked the idea that the owner would be on site every day - not only was he on site, but he was up on the roof working harder than everyone else on his crew. It was nice to know that the owner, who has a vested interest in the quality of the job, was involved with every aspect of the roof removal and installation. Most importantly we now have a non-leaking roof that looks great. Every line and flashing look perfectly level and straight. Virtually every plywood panel at the margins of the roof needed to be replaced and Randy did not roof over the top of any questionable boards even though he neglected to charge us extra for the sheets of plywood that he needed to use beyond the contractual and quot;3-freeand quot; sheets that were thrown in - very professional. He did not request any payment until the job was completed to satisfaction and when he was done it was a pleasure to pay him for a job well done. I have since inspected the roof and can see the quality of his and quot;above and beyondand quot; the call of duty approach to the job in which in one particular valley he created multiple layers to prevent any future leaks in this and quot;problem area.and quot; I would highly recommend using Randy to my family and friends for their roofing needs.

Randy came with a full crew and did the whole roof in one day. With the rainy season upon us, this we so awesome. He and his crew were very professional. They cleaned everything up. You would never have known that they were even at our home. We have a new roof and are ecstatic.

Company was hired by our builder to put on a concrete roof on a new house. I dropped by to see the installation and noticed that the tile was crooked. When the owner (Eggers Senior) looked at it fro the street, he agreed and told the crew (Eggers Junior, current owner) to remove the crooked section and redo it. I dropped by several hours later and the re-applied tile was still crooked. The crew was told again by the owner to redo the section and angrily did so. Roof then looked fine after completion. Fast forward eighteen (18) years. Developed a leak in one of the roof valleys. Had it repaired by another roofing company ($2,500.00). Three months later, a second and third valley began leaking. Rather than replace all the valleys (7) one at a time, we decided to have the entire roof replaced with shingles. When that job was done, we were informed and shown that, had Eggers just used enough roof tar in the valleys, we would not have been replacing the roof at this time. The rest of the roof was fine but all the valleys were leaks waiting to happen. We believe that they were angry at redoing the section of roof several times and did a poor job in the valleys knowing that the problem would surface years later and be quite expensive to fix. We initially did a tile roof because it was supposed to far outlast shingle. Had it been done correctly, we would not have had a $21,000 expense eighteen years later. We recommend that this contractor be avoided.

I called him for an estimate and he came on time. I had a few other estimates, and some of them never called or showed up. Mr. Eggers gave us a very fair estimate, and was up front and everything was included in his estimate with no hidden charges. All of the other estimates I received had extra charges on top of what I asked for. Mr. Eggers was very personable, reliable, and has many years of experience in roofing. He worked alongside his workers to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased. I would highly recommend him.

Everything went well. They repaired the roof quickly and did a good job.

He was prompt, professional and did the job completely in the time frame that he specified. He was there personally to replace the roof. I am completely satisfied with his work. He also gave me a guarantee for his work.

Everything was excellent. He did a fantastic job. He spotted the area where I had the leak, fixed it, and was gone. The prices seemed very reasonable, and I have not have any more problems with the area. He was a nice, funny guy as well, and I was very happy with him.

When they did the job, it was an 'A' job. Follow up on an issue was not as great. It took them quite a while to get out to address the issue. Other than that, they were fine.

THEY DID A GOOD SERVICE, TOOK A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO FIX THE LEAK BUT THEY WERE CONSISTENT TO COMING BACK WHENEVER THERE WERE PROBLEMS. WE FINALLY HAVE IT FIXED AND THEY WERE PERSISTENT IN THEIR EFFORTS! THE ROOF LOOKS BRAND NEW THEY DID A NICE JOB.

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD GLADLY USE THEM AGAIN.
