Phernell does an okay job. I've found that some of the guys don't really go above and beyond in certain areas, but for the most part they do alright. If there is an issue or if you ask them to do something reasonable while they are there, most of the time they will do it. The only issues that I've run into is that he is sometimes hard to get in touch with, because his number is his home number (his kids are on the answering machine if you call) and if he's out working, he won't get the message until later in the day. He did have a cell phone, but I'm not sure what happened to that.
