Its refreshing to work with a contractor that lives up to their word. I plan on using Paul's Professional Tile for future work and would recommend them to others.
Great Work! Very professional and skilled workman with many years experience. They put down drop cloths to protect the floors and they cut all materials outside and away from the front door and open garage door. Paul allowed me to buy my own materials, which included everything they would need. This was a savings. I bought most of my tile on sale. I was able to get a refund on some of the unused tile. I bought everything they needed. My total labor cost for Paul's work for the two bathrooms was approximately $2300.
Another Angie's List contractor wanted $4,000 labor for just the one bathroom and would not let me buy the materials. I wrote back to him that I could not see the bathtub project taking 100 hours at $40 per hour. This was only 70 square feet of tile surface. I think he is so busy he does not want my job. My labor and materials cost for that job was less than $3000. That included the cast iron tub and the anti scald valve.
With Paul and Dunedin Plumbing, I spent less than $6,000 for two bathroom jobs. That includes all materials and labor.
I used them on my rental house. I had an insurance claim. I have a rental property, the first house I bought after college and I don't live here. The renters called me and said they had water damage. I called the insurance and they finally, after 2 months, they gave me a check. I called my brother and asked if they were good since I gave him the name off of Angie's List. I actually used them to use a shower off of a insurance claim. His part of it was awesome, he did really good work.
Incorporated into the price he did the baseboards, he did the shower pan, the new shower drain. He actually centered it. He had to make a new seat in the shower.
"We have read the comments regarding our work on these bathrooms. We happily accept the personal compliments, but must take exception to the derogatory expressions of the actual work. All was done in the customary fashion that has produced a long list of satisfied customers. In this case, conflicting direction and indecision was probably the source of discontent. Beyond this, we will never accept responsibility for personal prejudices regarding our employees or their workmanship. Language and ethnicity is no measure of an individuals ability. We hope this commentary will set aside doubts. Final payment was made with an expression of complete satisfaction. We always appreciate the opportunity to provide quality service. Respectfully, Paul McNabb"
I am much more than pleased. Paul and his workers are true professionals. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it at the price he quoted. The bathroom looks beautiful. The price was fair and the workmanship is top shelf.
I would recommend Paul's Professional Tile to anyone, without reservation.
Paul also took time to review other areas of our home which might benefit from tile work and upgrades. He also provided helpful information on various aspects of tile and grout maintenance.
Highly recommended.
Paul's Professional Tile has now completely renovated 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. They also tiled my kitchen backsplash.
However, this job was our masterbath room and laundry room.
