"[Member Name Removed], Our last sale to you was for materials that you needed because the design was changed during installation. We also supplied items free of charge to make that revision work out. Prior to the delivery of the second order, you notified us that you did not intend to pay the balance due on the materials. We delivered the order anyway without receiving the balance in order to be done with the sale. At that time, we had honored our commitment to give you the materials you requested. We had hoped that that order was what you needed to be satisfied but, recently you came in and asked for more cabinets and parts after your plans changed the design again. We also heard from the factory that before you came back to us you had approached them directly for materials and were told that you couldn’t buy direct and needed to buy from an authorized dealer. So, returning to us to get what you wanted, you offered to pay in full, in advance as you understood your last behavior would make us leery of doing business again. However, that wasn’t the real reason we will not go further. Prior to our original delivery of your cabinets, I happened to walk into my wife's office and witnessed her on a phone call where she repeatedly recanted that “all she could tell you is the truck is scheduled for tomorrow and we would get the cabinets to you ASAP”. She didn’t say that just once, but over and over until you had her in tears. I watched you torture her for no reason. You know that event is true because I confronted you face to face while we were placing your second order that if you ever did that again you would have to deal with me. You then apologized to me but, not my wife. Now you’re working on a smear campaign in order to get us to capitulate to your demands for an additional order. We will not trade order for your redesign in exchange for you removing your review. I will let your scathing review stand and I will wear the one star as a badge earned protecting my wife and company. Dave"
