+ -1 moreContacted on a referral for a quote on a drainage issue and an appointment was scheduled for mid morning on 5/9/2014. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the owner's schedule and told him I would be here. Mid morning came and went so I called him around noon. I was informed very indifferently that he was too busy to come out. I got no response when I asked him why he didn't just call and let me know. No attempt was made by the owner to reschedule or apologize for not showing or giving me the courtesy of a phone call to cancel. Very unprofessional.
