Dan is courteous, prompt and neat. He keeps appointments, returns phone calls and is accommodating when schedule changes occur. He installs and tests the appliances in your presence. He provides a written receipt that includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. Two years ago, we purchased a refurbished Washer from Dan and it is still working perfectly.
