NORM'S SHARP-ALL SHOP

It was great. Norm is very down to earth. He works from his home. He is personable. He even had a conversation with my 8 yr old son.

I called several companies in hopes of finding someone who would sharpen the blade in my paper cutter. I was willing to travel fifty miles to find someone who would do the job, but no one was interested in doing it. Finally I found Norm's phone number. His wife answered and was most gracious. She gave me Norm's cell phone number, explaining that he was going to be working in the Miami area for the next week or two and would be leaving the next morning. I called Norm and left a message on his cell phone asking if there was any way this job could be done "today". He called me back within ten minutes and asked if I could meet him in two hours. I was over the top!!! He called me back, he and his wife were great, the work was done quickly and my unit was returned in perfect working order. What a pleasure to find such a treasure in Norm and his wife. I recommend Norm's Sharp-All Shop to anyone who wants excellent service and a job well done!
