We got them off Angie's List. They haven't done the work yet but we contracted with them to do the work. The owner came out as scheduled, he was prompt so there were no cancellations. He sat with us for close to an hour and went over what he found with the roof and then went over the repair of the roof. He took all the samples with him and explained the specific shingles. We have a tile roof now and the cost is ridiculous so we're going with the shingle instead. He was very clear in going over the different shingles as far as the name brands that he carries and everything, he answered a lot of questions. We did one other estimate also from Angie's List and they were both in the same ballpark. The reason we went with this man is some people that that we know actually did replace the roof with him and they were very happy with him. Between the 2 of them, the other gentleman was also the owner, he was very thorough also, but we had friends who were very complimentary of his job so that helped.

The crew arrived on time and start to remove the two layers of on roof. A heavy rain storm come as the crew were removing the old shingles and laying down the peel and stick felt. I did get get some water damage on the ceiling of my Florida room. I reported the problem and they sent a repair specialist out, within a few days. The repairs were made to the ceiling.

No 1 Home Roofing was one of a handful of contractors I contacted to provide an estimate on a re-roof of my 20 year old roof. I contacted them through their website via a web form. They responded the same day and scheduled a time to send out an estimator. The estimate was emailed to me promptly after the agreed-upon estimate date. No 1 Home Roofing contacted me several times to ask if I had any questions concerning the work quoted or the quote itself. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. Ultimately, I decided on another contractor, but No 1 Home Roofing's price was extremely competitive, and they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They were also recommended by family friends as reliable.

They are good to deal with long distance which is hard from my point of view. They were there exactly when they said they would be there and as soon as they could schedule it they did, it was within a few weeks.

Initial experience was great. Estimate was wonderful and the work got done ahead of the scheduled dates, which was great. I'm confident our roof was put on correctly and professionally. The only difficulty we had with the company occurred when we tried to add gutters to our order. We had to call several times to get someone out to measure and then when they were installed, they forgot to install on one side. It was all eventually fixed and done right, so in the end we were very happy with all the results. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends.

I used Number 1 Home Roofing INC. to put on new roof. I have had 4 leaks in that six months I’ve had it and it’s been nothing but a struggle to get them to come out and fix it.

They did an excellent job, and I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were the cheapest of all of the estimates and they were very nice to deal with. They are the ones that did the project and now it leaks. It leaks in a spot that never used to leak and now its ruining my ceilings that I just paid 10,000 dollars for. Now they aren't calling me back as quick as I would like. I'm getting a little bit unhappy with them. My experience with them has been really great but this little leak in the roof has not been a good experience. I really don't want to rate them bad cause they really were great to work with .There is just one little area that isn't good.
