More Space Place

The things turned out okay. It was good. They are incredibly slow in the delivery process. Since the time they came and measured the closets and so forth, and until they made the delivery, they were unacceptably slow. The product was and the end result was fine. I have no complains in that area. They are just too damn slow in the delivery. Their price was competitive and same like others. I had to call them back a couple of times. Sometimes they returned the call or I had to call second time to get to somebody. They kept their punctuality in terms of appointment. Punctuality, kind of goes to the delivery and that was kind of comic. Since the time I ordered the product and until the delivery, it was two months. They came with wrong size doors and had to rebuild the doors. Before using them in the future, I would first interview them with other people. I wouldn?t go directly to them and assume that they got the job. I may or may not use them again. The end result was good, but the interim was a frustration level; between the times, I ordered the product and until that was installed.

It went great, better than I anticipated. I now have an oriental rug in the master bedroom closet and it is beautiful. A great selling asset. The house was built in 1978 (30) years old. I was told how to prepare the walls for their shelving systems they installed in the two closets. I have more closets I have planned for them to do.

They were outstanding! Ginger Sheridan came out initially to measure the job and give the estimate. She was very polite and professional. They came up with the design and then Barry Bassett came out and did the work. Barry was on time to the job. He had a good attitude, was very professional, did great work, and cleaned up well. Overall, an excellent experience!

NICE SELECTION OF MATERIALS AND COLORS. THE SALES PERSON, BOB FIORELLO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE INSTALLATION CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME. INSTALL WENT SMOOTHLY.
