"Hi everyone, this originally was a verbal phone quote, when I arrived it was a different issue than discussed on the phone, I had to actually cut out 3 ft of drywall to screw his track back in for a pocket door and I repaired the drywall to match the existing texture. A year later I return and the center of the door separated from the door skin and was dragging on the floor which is 2 different issues. I repaired the door bringing tools in and out in a huge rainstorm and when asked for a $75.00 service call fee he went off, locked me out in the rain with my tools still inside and wrote his review.
