"[Member Name Removed] - I tried calling you several times yesterday to address your concerns, and your voicemail box was full so I was unable to leave you a message. I would be happy to discuss your concerns further. A review like this is extremely unusual for us over several thousand customers over the past 13 years, but thank you for the feedback as we can't fix what we don't know about. I do see that we gave you a significant credit months ago after a phone call, as you chose to have someone else fix these minor repairs that we would have been happy to fix. That credit should have definitely exceeded your cost for these simple repairs. "Thank you for the feedback. As you mentioned, once I was aware of your concerns I personally came out to meet with you and promised we would make it right - and we did. We are not perfect, but when there are issues we always have and always will run toward the problem and solve it. During my visit, I acknowledged that we made some mistakes, and we fixed all of the issues as promised and both bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. As we discussed in our meeting, one of the main reasons for delay was due to the need for custom glass given your shower configuration, and the glass could not be templated until after the shower was built. This custom glass enclosure takes 2-3 weeks to fabricate, which is the standard industry timeline for custom glass. We normally do a good job of communicating this time frame up front, and I apologize again that this was not clearly communicated from the start of the process. My Lead Installer said you were very happy with the finished product in both bathrooms, which is great news to us. Again, I'm glad you love the finished projects and we appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve."
